Where does Communities First Operate in Powys?
In Powys, there are three Communities First areas:
- included as one of the 100 most disadvantaged areas in Wales
The Oldford Estate in Welshpool
- included as one of the Pockets of Deprivation
Bro Ddyfi Dyfi Valley (Llanbrynmair, Glantwymyn, Cadfarch and Machynlleth census wards)
- included as an Imaginative Proposal, and described as an area of "Necklaced Rural Communities". Made up of the villages and hamlets in the four census wards of Llanbrynmair, Glantwymyn, Cadfarch and Machynlleth.
