Affordable Housing in Bro Ddyfi

The lack of affordable rural housing in Bro Ddyfi is one of the most pressing issues facing our community. With high property values, low wages and a diminishing stock of council housing it is now extremely difficult for people to secure affordable rented accommodation or to get on the housing ladder.

This part of the Bro Ddyfi Communities First website has been put together to describe the provision of affordable housing in Bro Ddyfi and to guide local people to the sort of community solutions that are being successfully developed.
