Oldford Tenants & Scansis Pitch Event 2009

On Saturday 13^th June the sun shone for the Oldford Tenants & Scansis Pitch Funday. It was held at the Scansis All Weather Mini Pitch on the Oldford Estate. It was hosted by the Oldford Tenants Association (OTA) who wanted to join the annual Scansis Pitch five-a–side football tournament with lots of other fun activities.

The day was a great success with people of all ages attending!

The football and netball matches were sponsored by Welshpool Town Council who refereed and provided the medals. The OTA provided a delicious BBQ, hook a duck and a tom bola. Oldford Communities First were there to support the event and provided a creative path making project and Graffiti workshop and a very popular bouncy castle!
